What is Mysore-style yoga?
Mysore-style is a group class setting with specialized instruction for each student, 1:1 with the teacher. Beginners are given detailed and individualized step-by-step lessons to build their own tailored practice that is adapted to their needs. More experienced students lead themselves while studying familiar postures and adding new postures onto their practice with guidance from the teacher.

This is the method that gives you the keys to owning your yoga practice so it can be available to you wherever you are, whenever you want.
