About Me

I’m a yoga teacher (E-RYT 500+), dreamwork guide, tarot reader, and consciousness researcher exploring the liminal spaces of awareness. With over 2,200 hours of teaching experience, I share the practices of Yin, Hatha, Tibetan Yoga, Yoga Nidra, dreamwork, and tarot through classes, online courses, and one-on-one sessions. A longtime practitioner of Ashtanga yoga, I bring both depth and curiosity to my offerings, creating space for students and clients to explore the layers of body, mind, and spirit.

For the past five years, I have been immersed in the study of consciousness, subtle energy, and anomalous and emergent phenomena through my graduate work at the California Institute for Human Science. In September 2025, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Integral Noetic Sciences, having completed a thesis exploring the intersections of dreamwork, contact phenomena, and altered states of consciousness. Please reach out to me if you would like to read my thesis.

Alongside my academic work, I am a yoga teacher with over 1,100 hours of teacher training in areas including Vajra Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Ashtanga Vinyasa. In addition to my asana practice and teaching, I have been a devoted Vedic chant practitioner for the past six years. I am also a dream artist, creating art sourced directly from the landscapes of my dreams. You can view a video of my recent art show, DREAM YOGA, here.

This foundation allows me to support individuals navigating extraordinary or challenging experiences — from UFO and abduction encounters to communication with other realms, psychic awakenings, kundalini activation, and the integration of transformative dream and meditation experiences. My approach weaves scientific inquiry with spiritual and somatic practices, creating a grounded and compassionate space for exploration, healing, and integration.
